Positive: Nice little place to stay, better than expected, light and comfy. Beach is only 200m and family loved it - daughter kept wanting to go back. There are also some recommended walks nearby on the estuary side. Good amenities

Negative: We knew it was far out from the city, so takes a bit of time to and fro if you have things to do in the city, but great for the beach. Really don't like places that try to take security deposits (I normally avoid), but the management company was gracious on that as it wasn't mentioned at the point of booking.
